Refund and Returns Policy

At AutoThrilled, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to return it. To initiate a return, the item must be in its original unused condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.


How to Initiate a Return


  1. Contact Us: Email support@autothrilled.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packaging: Place your item securely in its original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product. Ensure the package is properly sealed.
  3. Shipping: Mark your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will automatically receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Exchanges If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at contact@autothrilled.com to arrange an exchange.


Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items cannot be returned if opened, such as:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, you may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any exchanged items.
